Week of Feb 21

This week is a pretty active one for me at work. Most of my brainspower is being sucked away. On top of that I'm closing out my server this week.

The cat with Tristan is Liz. She is tiny! She would go up to Tristan and bat at him, then he would knock her into next week. Then she would come back and bat him again.

Worries

I'm always worried that I don't provide enough information in the strip. I agonize over whether Tristan should explain that he's taking the Southside bus because he is afraid of the thugs. The problem I have is that Tristan wouldn't be thinking of that. He would never admit to being afraid. I think it's unnatural to have a running commentary in your head. I personally have a soundtrack, but that is hard to convey in a comic. *sigh*

We are in the middle of a snow storm that is going to turn into freezing rain. Guess I'll be working from home tommorow.

It was hard Drawing Tracy for Today's comic. I wanted her to look more sad than mad. I think she ended up looking like a film noire star. Well, next week is back to Tristan's Adventure.

I still don't have Tracy's hair quite right. I want it to look brown and not black. *sigh*

I should add Israel and Judah to the cast page. Even though they are only supposed to be in this story arc I've notice that characters have a way of sneaking back into s strip.

Getting fancy

Can you tell I'm getting fancier with my drawings? I even shaded these ones. I still don't like use colour. Don't you think Tracy looks like a waiter?

I think church services should be held in the afternoon. I keep sleeping in on Sundays and missing service. You people should poke me with sticks!

I have a tagboard partially set up. The problem is that it is on the server that is dying. :/

I'm moving the servers around

In an effort to safe money, I'm dropping my hosting business and changing my web server. What does this mean to my comic reading public? Not much. The big change is with my blog. I am testing out Thngamablog for now. The big problem is that I can't control what types of pages it makes. *sigh*

Superbowl Sunday is coming up. My church is having a Superbowl party. I'll let you know how it goes.
