We are on a roll!

My husband says that the comic is fine with no words. I still have my doubts.

My you, I usually test my art by showing him the drawings before I put the words ballons in. If he can figure out what is going on, I've done my job.

24 Hour Comic

Once again, I participated in the 24 hour comic challenge. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete it because my arm started hurting about 15 pages in.

The comics name is "Community Walls" added is based loosely on the book of Nehemiah. I'm not really sure if there are lacrosse players in Nehemiah.:-)

anyway, enjoy the month of regular updates!. I will be continuing the story of Stephanie, Hillarie, and Tracy starting December. during November, I'll be participating for my third year in nanowrimo.

Still chugging along

Look, here's another update!

I think I made Doug look a little too sad. Tracy is supposed to look irritated because she wasn't allowed to go to to the concert with Doug and Tristan.

As you can see I am still having fun with Compu tones.

My book is available!!!

http://www.lulu.com/content/1020684

Warning! This is not a christian novel. This was my first NaNoWriMo novel. (50,000 words in 30 days) It is not a great piece of literature. It is a fun story I wrote where I introduced a new monster every time I needed to write more words.

In other news, I have two more cats, bringing me to the grand total of five. I have not acheived two dreams -- becioming a technology Prima Donna and a Crazy Cat Lady.

Cheers!

Sorry the page is so big...

The only way I could think of drawing what was in my head was to go big. I see the extensive use of background and tones!

Long time no Write

Three car accidents in one year is way too many. And our car insurers think so too. :(

I am now the official artist for "Role of the Die". WARNING -- it's a gaming comic.

I am currently working at a call centre again. :(

I put up a copy of my first NaNoWriMo novel: "Freaks in Fredericton"

Do not be Afraid

This is something my son and I noticed when we were reading "The Comic Book Bible" together. My son reccomends The Comic Book bible by Rob Suggs. We also have "The Boys Bible" Which I think is neat. He likes his gideon New Testament because it is smaller.

Like you didn't see that coming

And what about the guy that Jane kept on running into? He was part of a plotline that got cut at the last minute. Impractica heard the girls practicing, and steals their instruments while they are out. June runs out and into the guy again. It turns out the guy is part of a band and lends them the bands instruments. Awwwwww.

I just looked at my stats and they are at 60-70 visits a day. WOW! :-D

New Tracy plotline coming up as soon as I get some photo references.

Impratica Begins

In order for you to not have a long hiatus while I do NaNoWriMo, I decided to ink and scan in the comic I did for the 24 hour comic. I might add in some pages I laid out, but did not complete due to time limitations.

I've decided to give a piece of Fan Art to whichever Web comic give me the most referrals. And the winner is:

Legendary A fun RPGesk comic.

Stray Dogs is done

With this totally gross image, the Stray Dog series is done.

For the next little while I'll be feeding you the pages I did for the 24 hour comic. This should cover November. I'm going to be competing in NaNoWriMo again this year.

How to Feed Stray Dogs

This next little bit is a tad preachy. I am writing an essay and these are the pictures that go along with it. Just thing of them as Cute dog pictures and you'll be ok.
